They say that one of the loneliest jobs on earth is the owner and manager of a small business, I don’t think there are truer words spoken. I first met Sarita in October 2016; certainly a very dark and challenging time for me personally and as a result the business , for a business owner there is little distinction between the two. Nearly eight years on Sarita has become an integral part of our team. To say we have gone from strength to strength since then is an understatement. You see Sarita’s greatest strength is not by trying to ‘fix’ problems but rather help you break down what seem insurmountable hurdles into manageable bits and give you the tools you need to solve the issues. Sarita’s approach is still fresh and relevant and most of all unwavering. She not only continues to work with me on a one to one basis but also my team in the same manner.
